Day 1: Kampala to Sipi Falls

Drive from Kampala to Sipi Falls in eastern Uganda (approximately 4-5 hours). The drive passes through lush farmlands and the town of Mbale. Afternoon hike to the lower and middle Sipi Falls. Overnight at a lodge overlooking the falls.

Day 2: Mount Elgon Hike

Full-day guided hike on Mount Elgon, an extinct volcano with the largest volcanic base in the world. Explore the bamboo and montane forests, spot colobus monkeys and turacos, and enjoy panoramic views. Return to your lodge for a relaxing evening.

Day 3: Coffee Tour & Return

Morning coffee tour at a local farm to learn about Arabica coffee production. Visit the top Sipi Falls before departing. Drive back to Kampala, arriving by late afternoon.
